| The first time the mower was shipped, it was damaged in shipping and UPS did not deliver it. Amazon promptly replaced the order and I had my new Murray mower in a few days. Upon opening the box, I found that there were no owners manuals in the box and the plastic engine housing was broken. Also, a number of bolts were loose. I printed owners manuals off of the Murray and Briggs & Stratton websites and also ordered and received very promptly a new engine housing ($27) directly from Briggs & Stratton. I also tightened all the loose bolts. Aside from those issues, so far so good. We'll see how it holds up over time but I've used it 3 or 4 times so far and it starts effortlessly. It is also VERY easy to push which is great because my yard is a little hilly. So far, worth the price. Amazon was great to work with. However, Amazon may want to consider not using this seller again. |
